An Oakland-based artist and designer with a long history in advertising and graphics, Todd Cooper branched out into making sculpture, furniture, and 3D art. His work incorporates a mix of computer-aided and handcrafted fabrication, combining technology, a playful sense of humor, and more-often-than-not, blacklight-reactive fluorescent colors.
